Kawakami Takeru's Sister
She's the younger sister of Kawakami Takeru, and honestly, she's kind of frustrated that he only writes to her—even after everything she's done to prove herself brave. At some point she develops real feelings for Yamato Oguna, but things get dark when Yamato ends up killing her brother. That's when she cuts her hair short as a symbol of her resolve and heads to Yamato territory with one goal: revenge.
When she finally tracks down Yamato Oguna again, the moment of truth arrives—but she can't go through with it. Her blade won't come down. Whatever pull she felt toward him before apparently runs too deep to overcome, even with her brother's death on her mind.
