Haruki Enomiya
Haruki Enomiya runs an underground HvH combat ring out of an abandoned part of the city, where he brokers deals in the shadows. Before that, he made a name for himself as a pro athlete, though these days he's more known for his criminal connections than his athletic resume. He also pulls double duty as a Bifrost Inspector—a gig that probably serves him well given everything else he's got going on.
