A wizard employed by the College who runs the medical quarters as the head nurse. She's Muryan—one of those wizards who's undergone body transformation—and she's progressed to the third stage of it. That's pretty far along the transformation path, which probably gives her some unique perspective on magical physiology and what students might go through.
