Takuto Tatsunagi is the protagonist of Cardfight!! Vanguard Season 2, running the Asia Circuit tournament as chairman of the Tatsugami Foundation. He's essentially the face of the whole operation—heading the Tatsunagi financial group and hosting the circuit itself.
He first shows up briefly in Episode 57 during a flashback to Ren's past, just another face in the crowd watching a Vanguard match. By Episode 64, he's more directly involved, possessed by Rekka, where he explains the lore of Cray and the deadly conflict between the Royal Paladin and Shadow Paladin clans as their world faces extinction. Season 2 opens with him meeting Aichi for the first time.
In the manga, he appears noticeably taller and is often shown alongside Ultra Rare.
