Ichimi is a ghoul and loyal follower of Kazuichi Banjou, the former leader of the 11th ward ghouls. He's part of a tight-knit trio with Jiro and Sante—the three are basically inseparable. When Banjou eventually joined Kaneki's group, Ichimi followed along, staying loyal to both his original leader and the larger organization.
