Chiriko started out as a shy kid in the Super Peace Busters, but she's changed a lot since then. These days she's enrolled at an elite school alongside Matsuyuki—one of the few friendships from the group that actually stuck around after Menma's death, when basically everyone else drifted apart.
She's a solid student, ranking fourth in her class, though her personality tends toward the serious and stoic side. She can come across as cocky, which definitely showed when she first met Naruko—things got pretty tense, with insults flying at both her and her friends. But they've since patched things up and moved past it.
