A teacher at the school who also advises the birdwatching club. He's best known for being the object of Ringo's obsessive crush—she's basically fixated on him. He taught both Shoma and Kanba, and before Momoka (Ringo's older sister) died, he was actually her childhood friend. So there's definitely some complicated history there that adds to the whole dynamic.
