Houichi
Houichi runs things in Kabukichou—he's the boss cat of the whole territory and doesn't mess around. His whole deal is being strict and no-nonsense with the strays under him, especially the newcomers. If a cat wants to settle in Kabukichou, they've gotta prove themselves first. Houichi makes them fight him to see if they've got what it takes to earn their place. It's rough initiation, but that's just how he operates.
