Gofsef Nebraska
Gofsef was the first Nebraska to show up in Trigun, and he made an impression. Massive in stature, he's got a steam vent running through the back of his head—fans still debate what it's actually for—along with a cybernetic right arm that packs the punch of a wrecking ball. The thing launches like a missile, and he's got a reputation for devastating strikes that supposedly can't be dodged or stopped.
Of course, Vash proved that reputation wrong. Not only did he dodge the thing, but he scribbled crude notes all over Gofsef's fist before it came flying back at him. Later, Vash managed to knock the whole arm off course with just five bullets, using the last one to wreck the launching mechanism entirely.
Gofsef and his father had broken out of prison, where they were supposed to be locked up for a hundred years. The Voldoor city council hired them specifically to track down and apprehend Vash—though that job didn't exactly go as planned.
