Police Officer
A cop working out of the Sakuramachi precinct who basically functions as the guardian of twin siblings Mina and Kana after their parents were turned. He handles the daily school runs to and from kindergarten without fail. He goes way back with the twins' family—he was actually present when they were born and remained close friends with their parents before everything happened.
He also has history with several of the main cast, having been classmates back in the day with Juri, Shiina, and Nadeshiko.
