Himushi is a mercenary ninja and leader of the Nokizaru Group. He's best known for the group's work hunting down the Fourth Raikage after A and his men stole a scroll containing Sugi Village's secret techniques.
During the pursuit, Himushi and his team used a strategy involving microscopic Exploding Insects—dispersed through blinding light that forced the Kumogakure shinobi to inhale them. They successfully killed one of A's subordinates, Nigai, with this method, though A managed to escape with his remaining sick teammate.
When Himushi tracked them down again, he spotted A and Tsunade together and hatched a new plan: release more exploding insects and use the antidote as leverage to get the scroll back. Whether this gambit would've worked is unclear—Himushi and the Nokizaru bailed the moment Kumo reinforcements showed up.
