Naze runs Turbines, the transport outfit under Teiwaz's umbrella. He's got a reputation in the Jupiter Sphere for being aggressive and no-nonsense, and McMurdo Barriston—Teiwaz's rep—trusts him completely.
That said, he's surprisingly personable for a transport boss. Yeah, he'll crush his enemies without hesitation, but he's genuinely loyal to his crew and friends, and he actually has principles. He was genuinely disturbed by what happened to Tekkadan's kids and the whole Alaya-Vijnana implant situation—seeing children used that way bothered him, even if it wasn't his direct problem to solve.
