A member of the telepathic Jirel race and one of Desler's most trusted advisors—basically the only alien he actually keeps close. She and her sister Mirenel are the last of their kind, which makes their story pretty heavy; Desler personally sprang them both from Prison Planet 17 back in the day.
As Minister of Propaganda for Gamilas, she's essentially the voice of the regime, handling how the empire presents itself to the galaxy. Being telepathic gives her an edge in reading people and situations, though fans often debate how much that ability actually factors into her political influence versus her proximity to power itself.
