Vegetto (Vegito in the FUNimation dub) is what happens when Goku and Vegeta use Potara earrings to fuse into a single being. He's got memories and personality traits from both of them, though his arrogant, combative side leans pretty heavily toward his Vegeta half. Once he's winning a fight, he tends to get cocky—belittling his opponents and generally acting superior, which fans often note as a defining characteristic.
As far as raw power goes, Vegetto's one of the strongest fighters the entire Dragon Ball franchise has produced. His fusion gives him access to both of his source materials' techniques and experience, making him a genuinely formidable opponent whenever he shows up.
