Gardar
Gardar is a former Viking warrior who was enslaved after his fighting days ended. He belonged to Kjallakr, a brutal master, but managed to break free by killing him—a move that changed everything. After escaping, his main goal became reuniting with his wife, Arnheid, whom he'd been separated from.
What's interesting about Gardar is how his arc shifts from warrior to slave to fugitive. Fans often note that his desperation to find Arnheid drives much of his character, showing a softer side beneath the hardened fighter exterior.
