Baba Yoshio is a character from the Toaru Majutsu no Index series, best known as a skilled hacker and robotics expert who works as an operative for MEMBER. He handles information gathering and surveillance work for the organization. While he started out as pretty much a background player in the original light novels, the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun spinoff gave him a much more substantial role in the story.
