Huang Louis
Huang Louis was an Alliance politician best known for his integrity during the Alliance's final years. He served as Secretary of Human Resources under both Chairmen Royal Sanford and Job Trunicht, making him a fixture in government through some of the Alliance's most turbulent periods. He's often remembered alongside João Rebelo as one of the few politicians who actually seemed to give a damn about doing things the right way—a rare quality in the late-stage Alliance bureaucracy.
He was close with Admiral Yang Wen-li, which probably says something about his character given who Yang actually was. When the Galactic Empire rolled through during Operation Ragnarök, Huang Louis stepped back from his secretary role to advise the new chairman Rebelo, but ultimately left government service when it became clear the Alliance was finished. He never really came back after that.
