Reinhard Dinger is a former taxi driver best known as one of Johan's most disturbing manipulations. After the Liebert twins escaped Eisler Memorial Hospital, they spent a day or two staying with him—a brief window that proved catastrophic. In that short time, Johan essentially reprogrammed him, turning an ordinary man into a serial killer. Years later, more than a decade after that initial contact, Dinger would carry out murders on Johan's behalf, a testament to how thoroughly he'd been broken.
