Karao, better known as Torso, is a ghoul serial killer infamous for his gruesome method: he dismembers his victims and decapitates them, taking only the torso as his trophy. The CCG's Mado and Shimoguchi Squads led the investigation into his killings.
He's currently a member of Aogiri Tree and operates out of a taxi, which he uses to move around Tokyo.
