Bookman
An elderly record-keeper from the Bookman clan who documents history from the shadows. He has no personal name—just "Bookman"—which he introduces himself as when first meeting Allen. Lavi, his apprentice, usually accompanies him.
Bookman is convinced that Allen is "The Destroyer of Time" and the only person capable of defeating the Millennium Earl. He's careful to note that Bookmen don't fight on the frontlines; he just happens to find himself working alongside the Black Order's interests.
His anti-Akuma weapon is the Heaven Compass, a collection of acupuncture needles that doubles as both offense and defense. His primary attack, "Needles of Spells: North Crime," bombards targets with thousands of needles at once. On the defensive side, he can deploy "Needles of Divine Protection: East Crime" to create a protective barrier of needles around someone. Beyond combat, he's skilled enough with acupuncture to handle basic healing as well.
