Kanon's Sister
She's Kanon's sister and, like her, a "Coppelion"—which means she's got superhuman strength and is basically indestructible. The two of them defected to Division 1, ostensibly to help spread contamination across the world. Both sisters share a sadistic streak and emotional instability; they seem to genuinely enjoy causing destruction wherever they go. They had a particular hatred for Ibara and took real pleasure in trying to destroy her.
