Jun Arashiyama heads up the Arashiyama Unit and is known for being pretty laid-back about most things. He's got a funny side and doesn't carry the typical anti-Neighbor grudge that a lot of Border agents do. When Osamu broke protocol, Jun didn't see it as a big deal—he actually thanked him for saving his siblings and said he'd back him up. Arashiyama tends to be the easygoing type, which sets him apart from some of the stricter members of Border.
