Demaro Black, known as "Three-Tongued" Demaro Black, led the Impostor Straw Hat Pirates—basically a knockoff crew that rode on Luffy's coattails. He straight-up impersonated Monkey D. Luffy to cash in on the Straw Hat name's growing reputation. The whole thing fell apart when Sentomaru caught up with him and had him arrested.
