During the Yotsuba investigation, Misa finds herself under constant surveillance—Mogi won't let her out of his sight. She reaches out to Nori and arranges a secret meeting.
Misa is filming a major movie at the time. After wrapping a location shoot, she convinces her handlers to let her use the bathroom at a nearby hospital. Nori's waiting in one of the stalls dressed as a nurse. The two quickly swap clothes and wigs. Misa's been feeling trapped by her fame and wants to actually go on a date without being followed everywhere—hence the elaborate setup.
Nori's clearly thrilled to be wearing Misa's clothes. She's a fan, which makes sense given how well-known Misa is as a model and actress.
Now dressed as a nurse in a black wig, Misa slips past Mogi and takes off for a drive with Higuchi. Her real goal? To prove he's the Yotsuba Kira.
Meanwhile, Nori approaches Mogi. The moment he realizes he's been duped, he alerts the rest of the Task Force. They're left waiting until Misa returns that evening with the evidence they need—proof that Higuchi is Kira.
