Vino Dupre works as part of the Minerva's tech crew. He's basically inseparable from Yolan Kent, who's his best friend, and the two of them run around with the younger crowd aboard the ship. Both are pretty into Lacus Clyne—though like everyone else on the Minerva, they have no idea the Lacus they're fangirling over is actually a fake.
