Captain Focker
Captain Focker is an Amestrian military officer stationed in the same administrative office as Lieutenant Colonel Maes Hughes and Sheska. He works a desk job rather than in active combat, handling bureaucratic duties alongside his colleagues. While not a major character in the broader military hierarchy, Focker is best known for his presence in the Central Command offices where much of the administrative machinery of Amestris operates.
