Wendi's hyperactive and mischievous personality makes her a natural talker—sometimes to a fault. She's got a teasing streak that can easily rub people the wrong way, especially enemies she likes to bait during fights. Her skills, though, are genuinely impressive: she's a sharpshooter who takes real pride in her marksmanship, and her Inherent Equipment gives her exceptional mobility on the field. In the Numbers formation, she fills a guard wing role that takes full advantage of both.
Personality-wise, she's closest to Sein. The two bonded early on when Wendi tutored her, and that connection stuck. She also makes an effort to look after Nove, and they get along well enough. With her other sisters—Otto and Deed especially—things are more strained. The personality clash just isn't there, so Wendi doesn't click with them the way she does with Sein and Nove. Unsurprisingly, those are the partners command usually pairs her with on missions.
