Terracotta is the Royal Head Chef of Arabasta and Igaram's wife, though she doesn't show up until pretty late in the arc. She's basically Igaram's twin—seriously, she looks so much like him that other characters constantly assume she's just him in drag. Zoro was bewildered when he first met her, saying something along the lines of "A couple can only look so much alike!" Her friend is Meidy. She was voiced by Antimere Robinson in the FUNimation dub of the eighth One Piece movie.
