The main recurring villain of this manga, and as dangerous as a rabid dog. His methods are as dirty as Mitsuhashi's, however his own twisted character makes him always go a step further than Mitsuhashi. He is the only villain in this manga who managed to completely disable Mitsuhashi's abilities during their last encounter by severely injuring him.
