A professor obsessed with unlocking the Akashic records—basically, all the knowledge that exists in the universe. He got selected to be the Black Cat Knight, which came with a familiar named Coo Ritter. The thing is, his whole omniscience goal caught the attention of Animus, who's after pretty similar stuff, so Animus keeps trying to recruit him. The professor initially wanted that all-knowing power, but Coo shut that down, so he pivoted to creating his own golems instead—which honestly seems like a decent consolation prize.
