Stalker is a Marine serving under Vice Admiral Momonga. He's best known for the awkward moment when Luffy's stomach growled loudly on Hancock's ship, and Stalker mistakenly reported it as coming from Hancock herself. The other Marines thought it was way too unladylike for her, so they jokingly bet that if it actually was her, they'd all get mohawks. When Hancock awkwardly admitted it was her after all, the Marines had to follow through—and actually got the haircuts.
