Character Description
This villain shows up right in the first episode sporting distinctive green hair—basically the textbook "bad guy" look. He gets mistaken for Vash the Stampede because he actually does fit the description people were given: a tall guy with a mohawk and a whole crew of henchmen backing him up. It's a classic case of wrong place, wrong person, wrong time.
His signature weapon is a massive metal boomerang rigged with some kind of firing mechanism, which he uses as his main combat tool.
