A mysterious albino guy who showed up at Hiyori's relatives' place one summer. He first appeared in Konoha's State of the World dealing with amnesia—he doesn't remember anything about his past and basically has no clue how the normal world works, which makes him pretty spacey and absent-minded most of the time. He's living with Hiyori's sister as a foster kid now.
Despite his memory issues, he's genuinely curious about everything around him. When he's not trying to figure out the world, he hangs out playing baseball with the neighborhood kids. He's oddly specific about his interests too—his favorite animal is the triceratops, of all things. His status within the Mekakushi-dan remains somewhat unclear, and fans have speculated about his eye ability for years without a concrete answer.
