Potato is a stray dog best known for being Kirishima Kano's constant companion. The pup basically exists as the series' comic relief—wandering around, being adorable, doing dog things. But despite the goofy role, Potato actually matters to the story: it's the reason Kano and Yukito even met in the first place.
The dog is clearly attached to Kano and has also taken a liking to Yukito's puppet. Fans often note that Potato's signature sound is "Piko"—basically its go-to vocalization whenever it shows up on screen.
