Donato Porpora is a Russian ghoul currently held at the Ghoul Detention Center in the 23rd ward. Before his imprisonment, he ran a Catholic orphanage in Japan under the alias Priest. He's best known as Koutarou Amon's foster father—a connection that defines much of his character's significance in the story.
