Master Biblia runs the Biblia Magic Academy as its headmaster. He's a Paladin-Class mage—one of the more powerful magic practitioners around—and basically serves as the school's top authority and figurehead. Not much else is widely known about him beyond his role at the academy, though he's clearly respected enough to command the institution.
