Tomiko works as a nurse at the same hospital where Kumi is employed. She's Aoki's girlfriend and pretty much his ride-or-die—fiercely protective to the point of getting physical with anyone who mocks him or laughs at his boxing matches. She's even gone toe-to-toe with Takamura over it.
Like Aoki, she's into fortune telling, but she does it with tarot cards and claims to be way more accurate than he is (at least according to him). The two live together in an apartment and seem genuinely devoted to each other.
