Nepgear is the human form of Purple Sister and Neptune's younger sibling, first introduced in mk2 and the manga series.
Unlike her hyperactive and chaotic older sister, Nepgear is notably shy and anxious—the kind of person who apologizes profusely for minor mistakes. She comes across as timid around unfamiliar people and situations, though she's genuinely kind once you get to know her. What really defines her, though, is her loyalty. Once she considers someone a friend, she holds onto that bond fiercely, even if things get messy later. This showed clearly when Uni discovered that Nepgear had fled and abandoned their sisters; Uni grew angry and began to hate her, yet Nepgear never stopped caring about the friendship they'd built.
