Kakeru Ryuuen
Kakeru Ryuuen is the class representative of Class 1-C, though calling him a "leader" is generous—he runs the class through intimidation rather than any actual respect. Basically a textbook delinquent, Ryuuen maintains his fearsome reputation partly through his own actions and partly through a crew of henchmen who handle the things he can't be bothered with personally. His approach to class rep duties boils down to keeping everyone in line through fear, which somehow works.
