Metatron
Metatron earned her nickname—the Angel of Charity—because she genuinely can't turn away someone who needs help. Her heart's always in the right place. The problem is, she's not particularly bright, and her eyesight is pretty rough, so her attempts to help tend to backfire spectacularly. This drives her elder sister Sandalphon up the wall with worry.
There's a weird switch that flips when Metatron picks up a syringe. She becomes genuinely sadistic, suddenly obsessed with administering the most extreme treatments possible. It's like a completely different person takes over. Sandalphon's learned to keep sharp objects away from her for everyone's safety.
