Mitsuki comes across as nervous and shy, the type who blushes at the drop of a hat and tends to wear a confused expression. She's deliberately mysterious about a lot of things, mostly to keep Reina safe from Raido from afar.
Physically, she's on the taller side with burn orange hair and crimson eyes. Her usual outfit is pretty distinctive—a light orange sweater vest layered over a white dress shirt with a red bow, paired with a black skirt, white stockings, and brown penny loafers.
