Prince Grus is a Marine Rear Admiral based at Marine Base G-14 and part of the SWORD organization. His colleagues in SWORD actually call him by the title "Prince" (王子, Ouji)—which is just a nickname, not his actual surname. It's pretty common among the group to use it instead of his real name.
