Uta
Uta is a world-famous diva whose voice has been called "otherworldly"—she holds the title of the world's greatest singer. She's the adopted daughter of Emperor Red-Haired Shanks, who was a musician in his own crew before abandoning her as a child on the island of Elegia. Gordon, a man who found her there, became her foster parent and helped raise her, supporting her ambitions to usher in a "New Era." Eventually, Uta decided the best way to achieve this vision was through a massive world-wide concert broadcast from Elegia itself.
