La Brava / Manami Aiba
Manami is best known as the devoted sidekick to the villain Gentle Criminal, though she eventually switched sides during the Final War. She showed up as an antagonist during the U.A. School Festival Arc, but later worked with hero Naomasa Tsukauchi and the Counter-Force as a hacker to take down Skeptic from the Paranormal Liberation Front.
Her Quirk, "Love," is pretty straightforward—she can give a power boost to whoever she loves most just by telling them how much she loves them. The stronger her feelings, the bigger the boost. There's a catch though: she can only use it once a day, and the effect doesn't last forever.
