Liam Roach is a State Military officer stationed at Fort Briggs under Major General Armstrong's command.
He first showed up in Baschool working under Major Miles as part of a mission to capture Scar. In spring 1915, he and Mick Murray escorted Winry Rockbell back home. When the Promised Day went down, Liam and Mick were stationed at the Rockbell Automail shop to keep Pinako and Winry safe—though they were powerless to stop the Nationwide Transmutation Circle from doing its thing.
