"Destruction Cannon" Ideo is a XXX rank boxer who entered the Corrida Colosseum as a gladiator competing for the Mera Mera no Mi.
Ideo has a pretty distinctive look—dark hair pulled back tight in a ponytail, dark beard with a widow's peak, and sharp facial features. The eyeliner is heavy, with noticeably long lower lashes, and there's a bulging vein that runs along the side of his head. His most striking feature is his shoulders, which are abnormally oversized and extend well past his head. He's got three piercings in each ear and four crosses tattooed across his chest.
He fights in a black jacket with white stripes running down the arms, paired with black shorts that have matching white stripes down the legs. He wears a large belt, kneepads, and has bandages wrapped around his calves and feet, along with light-colored gloves.
The anime sticks pretty close to this design overall, though there are a couple of differences from the manga version—mainly the gloves and the stripe colors on his limbs come across as red in the anime rather than white.
