Count Cruhteo is a high-ranking Martian nobleman who's known for his disdain toward Earthlings—pretty much a standard attitude among Martian elites, but he takes it to another level. He's basically the embodiment of Martian supremacy and doesn't bother hiding it.
His relationship with Slaine is complicated and kind of contradictory.
