Teppei Sugihara (杉原 哲平)
Teppei's the new transfer student who shows up at Kaimei High in the first chapter. He's got some baggage from elementary school—his old bully Jōgasaki tracked him down and manipulated him into covering one of the Sket Dan members in paint, which kicked off the whole "Paint-Man" incident that defined his early arc. Once that mess got sorted out, he ended up joining the school basketball team and eventually got voted class 2-C's top athlete.
