Kovats is a high-ranking military officer in the ALF who's best known for his aggressive, no-nonsense approach to leadership. He's the type of commander who pushes his soldiers hard—almost relentlessly. Rest isn't really in his vocabulary when there's work to be done. His gung ho attitude keeps his unit constantly moving and testing their limits, which makes him either respected or resented depending on who you ask. He's all business when it comes to fighting and strategy.
