Pesci is part of La Squadra di Esecuzione and works closely with Prosciutto, who he calls his "big brother"—yakuza-style. He comes across as nervous and skittish, but that's deceptive; he's actually more dangerous than Prosciutto, something the protagonists learn to their cost.
His Stand, Beach Boy, manifests as a fishing rod with a skull-shaped reel. The fishing line can pass through anything that isn't alive while detecting living things nearby. Pesci can set the lure in one spot and wait for someone to touch it; once they do, Beach Boy hooks them and burrows into their body, usually targeting the heart. Since the Stand is incredibly precise, Pesci knows exactly where inside a person the hook is at any moment. Any damage dealt to the line itself bounces right back at whoever tried to damage it.
